		<description>I was interviewing for a Director of Compensation &amp; Benefits position.  This was my first interview in over 12 years.  I had all the right qualifications and experience but I did not get the second interview.  After Ms. White coached me in private lessons I realized that I was not projecting strong positive energy.  Since the personal training I have always gotten a second interview.  Now I choose whether to accept or turn down the position.</description>
